The AI Queens* of Bonn
The Sustainable AI Lab at the University of Bonn is starting a new series of events: The AI Queens* of Bonn. These events are meant to offer anyone from Bonn area, who feels underrepresented in AI practice, research, or education, a space to connect and share their experience.
Every quartile, we will invite another guest speaker to share some insights about work or research on artificial intelligence.
- January 20th, 2025:
Prof. Dr. Toni Loh
We are excited to welcome Prof. Dr. Toni Loh, from the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, as our first guest speaker on January 20th, 2025. They will be introducing us to Feminist AI Ethics. Additionally, Prof. Dr. Van Wynsberghe, the director of the IWE, will announce her new book series. Afterwards, there will be a reception for all participants.
The event starts at 19h30 and takes place at the Institute for Science and Ethics (IWE) on the Bonner Talweg 57 in Bonn.
